A little family update is way overdue!! My sister and her two wonderful little girls have been here visiting us for the past few weeks so I have been out of touch! :) These pictures are a few weeks old, but thought I would upload them anyway. :) Sun Valley Resort put in a new gondola on Baldy this year. Opening day they gave FREE rides for a few hours so we bundled the kids up and headed up... Not too much snow but very cold!
Our brave little Halle was not afraid at all and she insisted on sitting all by herself on the edge so she could see. It was an amazing ride up- super quiet and smooth!! I was quite impressed! It was a clear day so we had a great view of this amazing valley that God has allowed us to live in for the past several years. We are so blessed!!
Family photo! Will was SO tired but did amazing. He actually slept for a while in Daddy's arms once we got to the top. He is getting SO big and heavy- sheesh! We are always amazed at how God has blessed us with such good kids! Seriously though, I know that everyone loves their kids and thinks that they are great- but our kids are just such a blessing!! Halle and Will are both just SO happy and laid back, such a joy!!
We got off the gondola at the Roundhouse Restaurant on top of Baldy and walked around for a while before heading back down. We need a little more snow and maybe we will be back up here on skis! :)
OOpps.. this is actually of the ride up but you get the idea.. up the mountain we go- SO beautiful!! We thought of you, Papa a lot this day and wished you could have been here with us.. you and Nana would have LOVED it. :) xo
