the greenfields: Spring Break update..

So this week has been spring break and it has been nice to have no babysitting and no schedule and just have lots of time to hang out with my sweet daughter. Jade and I call her Halle Lu and we love to tell her what a blessing she is from God. I got this picture of Hal sleeping with her Bible storybook this week- her daddy reads her a story out of it every night before bed and she loves it! When we tell her it is time for bed- she runs to go find her Bible. I pray so much for her and hope that as she gets older she will continue to love God's word and be excited to learn more about Him!

Jade and his friend, Chad have decided to run the Robie Creek 1/2 marathon this April (8 days before our baby is due!) so we have spent a lot of time at the YMCA lately so he can train. It is such a blessing as Halle loves playing up there and she is especially excited when we take her into the pool after our workouts!! Robie Creek is called the hardest half marathon in the Northwest (robiecreek.com) as about 8 miles of the race are up hill- I am so proud of Jade and so excited for him to do this race!! I took these pictures of Halle and her daddy this week- she is such a daddy's girl and loves her time at home with him!! This evening she was brushing his hair with her princess brush while he was on the computer . :)
