One of the Greenfield family traditions has become "Pizza Night". Once a week (usually which ever night ends up being my busy night so I don't have time to make much else) we make pizza on a Boboli crust or get a take-n-bake from our fav Papa Murphy's in Twin. It is also the night that we don't sit at the table, but we eat in the living room and watch a movie together. Halle has even started calling this blue booster chair- "pizza chair"! :) As soon as I tell her that it is pizza night, she runs straight to the office and gets her "pizza chair" and drags it out to the living room. We had a friend introduce us to flatbread as a fun way to make mini-pizzas- and yay, it is way cheaper than buying the mini crusts!! So here are a few pictures from this week's pizza night. :)

We just put the flatbread right on the oven rack and they got so crispy and yummy!!
Here is the pizzas before we cooked them. Pepperoni and black olive for Jade, Artichoke, garlic and black olive for me and for Halle- cheese and black olives. Lots of olives for this family. :)

In a few months I get to have Pizza night with you!! they look sooo good.. what a great Idea.. now if I only had an oven... love you guys... mama
I forgot to tell you. I found black olives in a store yesterday :) but they cost $3.45 a can! Nope, won't be buying those. Halle would really have a hard time here. :( xoxoxo love you.
